Restaurant Spotlight: Scarlet’s Steak & Seafood

We focus on amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and impeccable service. We want to build lasting memories and experiences when our guest dines with us. We offer tantalizing fresh new look at steakhouse cuisine. Scarlet’s is also known for their Sunday jazz brunch because what better way to spend a weekend morning (and afternoon) than eating great food, drinking a brunch cocktail and enjoying live music. 

Scarlet’s begins a new spring menu on March 16. We included seasonal items and feature local Mississippi producers and farms such as Home Place Pastures, Delta Blue Rice, Grit Girl Grits and a host of others. A important pillar of the Scarlet Pearl values is giving back to our community and that includes showcasing the best the Mississippi Coast has to offer. Chef Matt is dedicated to service highest quality products available, with everything made in-house. His culinary background in classical French and American Continental allows us to offer a new fresh look at progressive southern cuisine that the coast is noted for. 

MOST POPULAR DISH: Scarlet’s offers an amazing array of steaks, fresh seafood, and chef’s inspired entrees. All our steaks are a USDA Prime and we fly in the freshest seafood possible.
