Q: Tell us about yourself and the impact you are making.
A: Beyond business growth, my impact is rooted in service. I create systems of care that allow families to breathe easier, seniors to age with honor and caregivers to work with purpose. Through leadership roles in community organizations and faith-based initiatives, I actively promote senior safety, empowerment and collaboration across our region.
My mission is simple but powerful: to lead with compassion, serve with excellence and build lasting structures of care that strengthen both families and communities.
Q: What are you passionate about and why?
A: I am passionate about dignified aging, compassionate leadership and building systems that serve people with excellence and heart.
At my core, I care deeply about seniors — not just their safety, but their dignity. I believe aging should be honored, not overlooked. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families trying to navigate care for loved ones, and I felt called to create solutions that bring peace instead of pressure.
But my passion goes beyond caregiving. I am passionate about empowering caregivers — the often-unsung heroes who show up daily to serve others. I want them to feel valued, equipped and purposeful in their work.
I am passionate about leadership as stewardship. I believe business can be ministry and that success is not just measured in revenue, but in impact. Every system I build, every expansion I envision, is rooted in the desire to strengthen families and uplift communities across the Coast.
And ultimately, I am passionate about legacy — not just what I build, but what I build into people. When seniors are honored, families are supported, caregivers are empowered and communities are strengthened, that ripple effect lasts for generations.
Q: What special achievements or awards are you proud of?
A: I’m most proud of:
- Senior Care Innovator Award, recognizing my approach to caregiving and personalized senior support
- Community Impact Leadership Award
- Excellence in Leadership recognition
- Top 100 Successful Women recognition
- Pink CEO Award nominee/ recipient
- 2025 Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business graduate from an elite group of Mississippi cohorts
Q: What quote or mantra do you live by that has helped you to become successful?
A: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters…” – Colossians 3:23
For me, this verse is not just encouragement; it is instruction. It shapes how I lead. It shapes how I serve. It shapes how I build.
When I walk into a client’s home, train caregivers and make strategic decisions, I remind myself that I am not working for applause. I am not working for recognition. I am working as unto the Lord. That changes everything.
It means excellence matters — even when no one sees. It means integrity is non-negotiable. It means compassion is not optional.
This scripture keeps my heart aligned. It reminds me that business can be ministry, caregiving is sacred work and leadership is stewardship.
And when challenges come — because they always will — Colossians 3:23 grounds me. It calls me back to purpose over pressure, calling over competition and service over status.
I believe when we work as unto the Lord, our impact extends far beyond transactions. It touches families, strengthens communities and builds legacies.
That is the kind of work I want to be known for.
