Gulf Coast Woman contest are solely sponsored by Gulf Coast Woman (Gulfport, MS). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing information to Gulf Coast Woman and not to Facebook. The information provided by entrants will be used by Gulf Coast Woman for selecting and contacting contest winner(s) for this promotion only and will not be shared with any other third-parties, in accordance with the Gulf Coast Woman privacy policy.
Participants must be legal residents of the 3 counties along the Mississippi Gulf Coast: Hancock, Harrison or Jackson County. Employees of Gulf Coast Woman and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to win. Void where restricted or prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws. If any fraudulent activity to acquire votes is detected, the submission will be immediately disqualified.
The entry period is open the moment the contest announcement post is published to Facebook and closes at the appointed time stipulated in the contest announcement post. Winner(s) will be chosen by Gulf Coast Woman and will be notified via email and/or direct message through Facebook.
By providing photos, videos and other content, entrants grant permission for their use by Gulf Coast Woman for print in their publication(s), social media, online at gcwmultimedia.com, or other digital communications. By submitting an entry, you understand and agree that Gulf Coast Woman has no obligation to publish your content and you agree that you are the originator and copyright holder of all images submitted.
