My favorite leaders share one defining trait: they are happy, but hungry.

  • Celebrate small wins: Recognize progress early and often.
  • Surround yourself with ambitious people: Hunger and positivity are contagious.
  • Reflect regularly. Ask: Am I leading from gratitude? Am I growing with intention?
